Alice is a birder who spends much of her time on the causeway and jetty at Huntington Beach State Park, along the shores of Pawleys Island, and in the forests of Myrtle Beach State Park. She isn’t interested in getting the perfect shot; she simply enjoys the beauty of spoonbills, mergansers, egrets, and other shorebirds. If she happens to catch even more wildlife on camera, all the better!
Though Alice doesn’t consider herself a photographer, she uses her skills to volunteer with Coastal Adaptive Sports, a nonprofit on the South Carolina coast that makes sports accessible for people with disabilities.
